We offer the following recruiting engagement options: 

Flexible Staffing Services 

  • You pay a fixed hourly bill rate which covers all recruiting costs, payroll taxes, and workers compensation coverage for the contract employee. 
  • We handle onboarding and process payroll for the contract employee. 
  • Temporary Staffing/Contract to Hire/Seasonal Hires we can help.
  • From one hire to multiple hires no staffing project is too small or big for us to handle. 
  • Our bill rates are the most competitive in the industry.  

100% Contingency Search 

  • You pay no upfront fees until you hire our candidate.  
  • The fees can range from 20%-25% of the candidate’s starting base salary depending on the position level and candidate requirements. 
  • There is a 90-day candidate replacement guarantee.  
  • Executive level hires have a 180-day candidate replacement guarantee. 

Retained Search 

  • You pay a fixed monthly retainer for a maximum period of 3 consecutive months. 
  • If we do not present you, (3) qualified candidates within 90 days, you will receive (4) months of retainer credits to utilize for the same or alternate position within the next 12 months. 
  • The placement fee is capped at 20% of the starting base salary. 
  • There is a 90-day candidate replacement guarantee.  
  • Executive level hires have a 180-day candidate replacement guarantee. 

Recruitment Process Outsourcing- Your Jobs. Our People.

  • You pay a fixed monthly recruiting support fee.  
  • During the service contract period, we will handle 100% of your recruiting activities from developing your job description to filling the open position. 
  • You are assigned a dedicated recruiter and a recruiting manager.  
  • The placement fee is a fixed placement fee based on the position level and candidate requirements. 
  • There is a 6-month minimum engagement term.  
  • There is a 90-day candidate replacement guarantee.  
  • Executive level hires have a 180-day candidate replacement guarantee.
