You pay no upfront fees until you hire our candidate.
The fees can range from 20%-25% of the candidate’s starting base salary depending on the position level and candidate requirements.

Executive level hires have a 180-day candidate replacement guarantee.
Retained Search
You pay a fixed monthly retainer for a maximum period of 3 consecutive months.
If we do not present you, (3) qualified candidates within 90 days, you will receive (4) months of retainer credits to utilize for the same or alternate position within the next 12 months.
The placement fee is capped at 20% of the starting base salary.

During the service contract period, we will handle 100% of your recruiting activities from developing your job description to filling the open position.
You are assigned a dedicated recruiter and a recruiting manager.
